Privacy Policy

Hi, I’m Janna Price. I run The Kaleidoscope Collective, a sales coaching practice for entrepreneurs based in Greater Houston, Texas. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the information you share with me through this website.

What I collect

When you contact me through the form or by email, I get the details you choose to share. That can include:

• Your name and email address
• A little about your business
• What you’re most interested in, like a discovery call or coaching
• Your message, and anything else you decide to tell me
• Whether you’d like occasional emails with ideas on selling authentically

I don’t ask for payment details, and I don’t ask for anything I don’t need.

Why I collect it

I use your information to reply to you, answer your questions and schedule calls. If we work together, I use it to stay in touch about our work. If you tick the box for occasional ideas, I’ll send you those emails now and then. You can ask me to stop at any time, and I will.

Who else sees it

I don’t share your information with anyone, except in two cases:

• Service providers that keep this site and my email running. They handle your information only so the site and email can work.
• If the law requires it. For example, if I get a valid legal request.

Here are the services involved today:

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Cloudflare also forwards email sent to info@jannaprice.com to my inbox. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may process basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and fast.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site. When a page loads, your browser asks Google for the font files. That request includes basic technical details like your IP address and browser type.

If I add a new service later, such as a tool to handle the contact form, I’ll update this page.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics tools. I don’t follow you around the internet, and I don’t show you ads.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it to talk with you, to support our work together and to keep normal business records. When I no longer need it, I delete it. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I will, unless I have to keep something for legal or tax reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information I have about you. You can ask me to correct it or delete it. Just email me at info@jannaprice.com and I’ll take care of it.

Children

This site is for business owners and adults. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent me their details, email me and I’ll delete them.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
